COLOR CONCENTRATES

Section : Color Concentrates for Film and Molding

A wide spectrum of standard colors is available in pastels, whites (including agricultural films), high chroma colors, and special effects (including metallics, pearlescents, thermochromic, fluorescent and phosphorescent-glow-in-the-dark) concentrates in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, nylon, polycarbonate, acrylic and PVC. Colors can also be custom color matched in virtually any resin to meet a customers specification in 5 days or less and a product order filled within 2 weeks.

All colors are available with UV additives for proven outdoor protection.


Section : Black Masterbatch

Our carbon black concentrates consist of a wide variety of pigment systems ranging from large to small particle size. This range of systems allows for tinting strengths of blue, jet black and brown. These products can be used in wide variety of polymer systems from ABS, G-PS, HIPS, LDPE , LLDPE, HDPE and PP homo and co-polymers.

We have achieved the most demanding performance requirements including UV, FDA, conductive, dispersion and processability.

Typical application include film, compounding, pipe, fiber and injection/blow molding.

Section : Additive Masterbatch for Film and Molding

We provide additives to enhance BOPP; blown or cast film; sheet and profile extrusion; blow and injection molding; and thermoforming applications.

Masterbatches are available in PE, PP, PS and special engineered resins like PET and nylon.
  • Antibacterial - aesthetic enhancement, FDA approved (injection molding and sheeting)

SECTION: FILLED AND UNFILLED NYLON COMPOUNDS

Available in reinforced and unreinforced grades, these compounds can be impact modified and heat or light stabilized. They have a low specific weight, high melting point and excellent impact strength with chemical and abrasion resistance.

These compounds are widely used in automotive, electrical, construction and recreational applicational.
